Heated Seats

took a flyer and bought heated seat elements on e bay - £20 so didn't stand to loose much and worth a play!

My 09GS has fuses in the fuse box but no obvious connectors under seat. However, it does have a pair of larger wire feeds to the seat which are unused. These are black & brown/green (passenger) and black & brown/purple (driver). If these are correct guess I need an extra small loom to make final pair of connections to seat element

Can someone nip outside and see what colour wires feed the heating elements - pretty please Very Happy

If ok I know I need new heater controls so will be straight to TLO!

Thanks guys

Connector C2378 (passenger) and C2368 (driver) are under the seats or they were on my D3 when i installed heated seats.

The connector block from the elements (if it is a OEM heated seat element) should connect straight into them.

Essentially you need to connect the heater wires (should be 4 of) to 2368/2378, as you've got the heater feeds and thermistor feed/return as well.

For mine i've got 4 wires
1) Black
2) black/green
3) light green
4) blue pink
(heater pad wiring)

You might want to give CWS a ring to see what D3's they are breaking, as you can get the ATCM module from them, which might be cheaper than TLO.

Only problem i had when i did mine was there was the part of the loom supplying power to the ATCM was missing - connector C2295 as i recall.

Good luck Thumbs Up
