Heater

Hi
I have searched and cannot find a solution or a a problem others may have had that I have at the moment.
I had the air conditioning checked and regased two months ago all was good and was ice cold and have done over 2k without no problems with either the heat being to hot or to cold set the climate to 20° and worked fine.

I had a fuse blow for the cigarette lighter in the front and since then I have not had any cold air coming through the heater only controllable hot air turn the heater up the air gets hotter as it should turn it down to cold the heat slightly goes colder but still far to hot to be correct I have to have the windows open to cool down it's seems that the heater only wants to blow hot air.

I have read about resetting the evac and all was correct and have used the setting procedure three times and all was correct

The engine runs cool just below the midway mark on the gauge so not overheating even today it was 32° running into town and with the heater blowing (warm to hot) it was pretty uncomfortable.
All the heater settings work as they should including the fan setting speeds.
Most people can't get hot air! I can't get cold air with or without air condioner on.
Any thoughts
Thank you.

Hi
I have done a hard reset and has made no difference .
Maybe the next step is to get the air con checked for leakage would you agree?.
