Hi
Can anybody please help me with instruction and pictures on how to remove the section of the dash with the heater controls are.Not sure if you can remove each individual section or not.I seem to have a intermited fault with my air con.The system has been checked and serviced so there is no leaks and it has been re-gased.My local independent thinks it may have a electrical fault.
Any body else had this problem?
any help would be much helpfull.
Regards

Beno to access the toys you will need to take off the grey surround that goes all around the radio / heater controls grab hold at the bottom and lift gently it wiil flick off as it is only held on with a couple of clips. You will then see the torx head screws what hold you radio and heater controls in place.

You can just take the heater bit out , but you will need to loosen all the other torx screws first ...as there sort of held in by the radio / switch packG4 Gone ...but not forgotten

I use electrolube but just make sure you put the connectors back on properly or you will find that you cannot start your car due to the canbus circuit finding an open circuit check all before rebuilding your dash it can save a lot of time.MY18 D5 HSE LUX😎

Hi Thanks for all your info and advice.
In the end it was my rear A/C pipes that had a hole in.
When i removed the big grey plastic surround on the dash i managed to lose one of the 4 metal clips that hold it on.Does any member have one that is going spare?
