HELP.......Adaptive Headlights

Have just taken the headlights off the D3 to convert them back for driving in the UK. All is well, lever moved ok so I put them back on the car, turn on the ignition and they self center ok, but I now have an orange flashing warning light on the dash to tell me that the adaptive lights are not working and when I turn the steering wheel the lights don't move Big Cry

Have rechecked the connector on the back of the lights in case it wasn't fitted properly but all is ok there.

Am I missing something here. Manual just says "seek qualified assistance".

Advise anyone Question

Ok, have checked all the fuses and they all check out ok, or did as I dropped one whilst putting it back in and can't find it now Censored , why have Land rover made access to the passenger compartment fusebox so bloody difficult Evil or Very Mad, will replace it tomorrow and re-check any wiring behind the lights in case I have disturbed something, but apart from that I'm at a loss here now Big Cry

Are the little levers deffinatly pushed all the way across and not stuck in the middle .

Have you locked the car up and let it go to sleep ? is the light still on when you unlock it again

I'll double check the levers again tomorrow but I am sure I pushed them as far as they would go.

As for the warning light, it comes on with ignition check, goes out, then starts to flash a few seconds after I've started the engine Confused
If I just have the ignition on without starting the engine then the light goes out after the initial check and about 5 seconds later starts to flash Confused

Car is locked and has been for about 5 hours now so should be asleep. I can't think of anything I've done wrong coz it was ok when I adjusted them to drive in France thats why I'm at a loss at the mo but I'll treble check it all tomorrow.

Thanks for the reply Wiggs Thumbs Up

Wiggs, you're a super star Thumbs Up Bow down

The lever on the side of the light bowl in the drivers side headlight was pushed too far up and found to be jamming against the metal frame of the headlight stopping it from moving properly from left to right.

Fiddled with it to set it in the right position and has fixed the problem.

Thanks four your help Thumbs Up
