Well when I got my first D3 it was carbon offset - whatever happened to that idea??Must stop buying shiny toys....

In the end I purchased a "Breville BRITA HotCup Hot Water Dispenser | With integrated water filter | 3kW Fast Boil & Variable Dispense |"
The first one was delivered on 18th July and never worked!
The replacement arrived the following day, and worked until this morning - 12 days! There is power to the Dispenser, but it refuses to work, so it will be returned tomorrow.
I liked the idea of the Breville, but clearly they have a problem at present.
I'm now looking for something similar which will work for a decent period of time, and recommendations please?
