hi chaps anybody fitted one and if so any threads just got mine today and just opend it have rubber hose for washer but no electric for rear high brake light

Just fitted mine tonight, or rather the painter and window fitter did. (makes sense to have the servants do it)
The brake light wire may have slipped into the recess of the spoiler. I would have a gentle fish around with a coat hanger or similar and see if you can find it.
The existing high level brake light is an absolute pig to come out, hence why i asked the window fitter to come down and bring the square edge cheese wire they use for removing bonded car screens.

Just be very careful whatever way you remove the existing brake light as there are some electrical components under it.

bodyshop did mine, the wire had tucked itself in the recess on mine but was retrived with my daughters little fingers they cut my old light out with a small air saw Richard
