Help with roof lining.

Ok here is the problems. Confused
I have purchased a dvd set up which needs a wire running through the head lining to mount the infra red sender for the headphones around the centre lights.
How easy is it to access the underside of the lining and is it easy to put back together after.
Does anyone know which is the best pillar to go up?

Thanks in advance.
