Hi level brake light.

Hi ive got an 08reg 07 model cyprus import hse with hi level brake light but doesnt seem to be working.Cant seem to find how to remove it.Cant see any wires to it either?Dont know if it has ever worked or not?Also our car has voice activated stereo and wondered what we need to order do to retro fit voice activated phone kit.Thanks.
