Have you put an Aux battery in to help with the power drain of your gear?

Are you sure? A 2250Ah battery would be pretty big, you must be the only milkman using a battery powered RRS! What sort of chemistry is the battery i.e lead/calcium or conventional lead acid cos the charging voltage of the D3/RRS is quite high and could have an adverse effect on its life span. Somebody considerably more clued up will be along shortly.

You probably know already but I think the standard alternator can kick out 175amp, pm Drivesafe he will point you in the right direction

I know of no-one else who has problems with the altinator. Battery issues are more likely. If you have the wrong battery it may be fried already.

Istr he does in car entertainment so is probably running a few kw of sytstems.

MO, did you know that there is a spare battery compartment under the hood? Opposite side to your main battery. Use that unless you've already filled it with toys.
Xenon headlights use less power than STD halogens, don't know if you have them already?

You could also buy one off these and put it in the rear seat. Laughing
