Well the Disco is back as is the permagrin! God I hated the bloody Golf!
Its had new upper and lower arms, new hub, new alloy and tyre and plastic wheel arch brow.
The offending driver received £100 fine, £100 court costs, 18 month disqualification and offered the reform course (basically leading to a reduction of her ban).

The offending driver is I think 22 years old and a uni student so should have been means tested as to what she can afford to pay. When she eventually gets her licence back she will have a conviction for drink driving which remains on the licence for 10 years and yes it will sting her insurance.

4 points for speeding has DOUBLED my insurance renewal, so an 18 month drink driving ban declared for 10 years is going to absolutely destroy her!
Mind you, stupid enough to drink drive then probably stupid enough to forget to insure her car too 2014 D4 XS

Now variable ISTR, like have been north of the border for ages. Used to enjoy reading the speeds done on the A9 when nailed at Dalwhinnie and try and figure out the reasoning between the points. Can't remember what we concluded.

I was a very, very naughty boy and had to go to court. I was due to get 6 points, but pleading guilty early, writing a sob-story letter and representing myself well in court got it reduced to 4!

Rationing implies they are mean with them, believe me they are quite generous!
