Looking at the run out models for the D4 it seems the higher spec cars were the above models.
In what order are they in terms of absolute spec and what are the main bits each has over its sibling?1998 Defender 110 TUM HS FFR Hard Top XD WOLF

The two run out models were Landmark and Graphite in order of specification. Both of them had the EU6 engine with DEF (AdBlue). Whereas you'll find 15 plate and some 65 plate HSE and HSE LUX with the EU5 engine.
There's little actual specification difference between the HSE LUX and the run out Landmark, the LUX has a perforated leather steering wheel and different interior trim colour combination. The LUX was available in a greater choice of paint colours. There's also a difference in the exterior trim and badge colours. Both have the same top spec audio with RSE and the adaptive xenon lights and also the extended leather
The Landmark came with either the style 511 or diamond turned alloys, both 20". The later being the same as the LUX. This seems to be random, I had both styles on my two 16 plate Landmarks.
However, it was possible to order a LUX with options such as rear air con and surround cameras. Additional factory fitted options on the two run out models were very limited, possibly to just privacy glass and perhaps a fridge, but someone may correct me on this. Dealer fit options such as tow pack, mudflaps, service pack etc. were available on both run out models.
The HSE sits above the Graphite in overall specification.2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

The Graphite has slightly more than a 2012 XS, but personally think looks the best of the lot with the graphite colouring Joined the BMWX5 45e group

didnt think you can have rear ac on the post MY 14 ad blue models due to space weigh isues of the ad blue system.MY05 SE D3 Manual my first LR what a car
MY10 HSE D4 auto
MY14 XXV more buttons than the spaceshuttle
Lux has a thicker leather on seats & upgraded carpet as well as RSE, Adaptives & Heated steering wheel. Could also be specced with fridge, E-Diff etc. Ignore the fairy stories about can’t have E-Diff & RSE due to weight or suchlike, mine’s an example you can.
Graphite & Landmark were run out editions (SWMBO has a Graphite) coded grille, side vents & wheels, again you could up spec with fridge, heated steering (she didn’t), surround cams, adaptive & E-Diff (she did). You could also spec heated seats but front only & no memory (she did).
Not sure on Landmark as didn’t bother looking at one.Paul.

Carpets and leather are the same on LUX and Landmark, but LUX had more colour options/combinations. Both have adaptive xenons and heated steering wheels.
I didn't spec. either of my 16 plate Landmarks, but from memory there's was little choice of factory fit options. I could be wrong though. Certainly you couldn't have rear a/c at all on the later EU6 models (not in the UK anyway).2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

Ultimate spec on the D4's has to be the XXV edition, but it's a non ad blue engine.

As LT says the HSE LUX & LANDMARK are very similar although the HSE LUXURY is king as it has a few more options as standard features. 825 W for music sounds... delicious
I guess these were sold in USA as 3.0L petrol V6 versions? The 5.0L V8 went out of style, I think?
Edit: 3.0L SCV6 replaced the V8 starting 2014, it’s a Jaguar engine (AJ126).

Just had a proper look at your spec. lists Gary. My Landmarks were the same spec. as you list for the Luxury with the exception of a smooth leather steering wheel and the fulll length roof rails being silver. One also had style 511 rims.

I think the 825W was an option on the Landmark. All those for sale/advertised I have checked are 380W
