Well, as it says, really!
My 2005 Disco 3 HSE has these, so what do they actually mean?

Extra cup holders, illuminated fancy bits and warmed up other bits such as windscreen washers ISTR with other bits no doubt

Convenience pack is illuminated vanity mirrors and a couple of extra cup holders in the rear.... and a luggage net you will throw into a box in the garage as it's crap. Standard on the SE and HSE for 05
Cold Climate pack is heated washer jets, heated front seats and heated outer rear seats. Standard on S, SE and HSE for 05

AFAIK the HSE doesn't have any 'packs' it has all the options as standard. (Apart from extras such as TV, DVD etc)
'Packs' such as the Cold Climate Pack, Bright Pack and Convenience Pack were offered as options on lower spec models.
I am prepared to be corrected on this though! Back in the game!
