I do like it indeed but I failed to find it

EDITED: didn't read the post properly, thought you were talking about the bull bars 
These people on eBay do a similar bull bars for 4WD's, including the new Freelander. Maybe they might do one for a Discovery?

Looks like a stick-on grille to the existing rather than a proper replacement (hint: see the gaps with the headlights)

No, I meant the front grill exactly. The original one is too boring. I like the front grill of Disco4 or similar with perforated surface.

Looks very similar to the grill sold on 4x4x4.com.
Was thinking of getting one but its a bit too bling. And the fit at the to corners don't look even.
The only other grills I've seen are the ones by Asanti and Strut, both US brands.
