IID tool & warranty

Hi all, it's probably a silly question but just wanted to no, (I suspect no) but does using a IID tool effect Land Rover extended warranty. 2015MY discovery 4 se tech with factory black pack.
With added
Rse, tv, electric memory seats, rear camera, heated steering wheel,
Headlight dip assist, remote FBH, led door light pack,easy lift kit,osram front fog/drl/active cornering lights. and whatever els I can find to do,

No, it doesn't. But if you do have an actual warranty issue, do not clear the fault codes before letting LRA/Repairer see them Thumbs Up My D3 Build Thread

Hi, it's just I had my car in Land Rover a few weeks ago and mentioned that I had a intermittent fault with steering wheel volume control button, they said they couldn't replicate the fault at the time, iv got code B1D21-13 2F remote control switch & U0140-08 2C. Lost comms with body control module, As it's not put any lights on I was going to screen shot the faults and present Land Rover with it. It's being collected on Friday for minor issue so was going to hand print off over then. Don't think the U code is much to worry about. (but as it's under warranty) 2015MY discovery 4 se tech with factory black pack.
