Folks,
Have any of you cut a hole in your plastic front cover - to expose your front towing eye, permanently?
I had to pull one off ( ) the other day and broke 2 clips
What a silly design, for the towing eye to be behind loads of clips - ON A 4X4!
I appreciate the Mantec (?) plate would leave it exposed ... but I have no need of that plate ...

I must confess that I can't be bothered at this time of the night, but, IIRC, LR says to remove the front and rear covers before venturing offroad. So where's the problem (Oh!, I get it RgTFM).
