I'm off to Las Vegas for my 50th Birthday........decided that a party was just an excuse for a bunch of freeloaders to get p ed at my expense!!!
SWMBO asked what I would like to do on my Birthday while in Las Vegas, choices were:
Helicopter ride up the Grand Canyon 8)
Lake View Suite in the Bellagio
Rental of a Lambo or Ferrari (Bugatti Veyron @$25k a day was not an option!!)
Powerboat for a day on Lake Mead
I asked for $500 and a trip to the Chicken Ranch. SWMBO agreed!
Unfortunately she has looked up the Chicken Ranch on the internet. I am as a result in the Dog House big time....! ------------------------------

If you do the helicopter trip I can thoroughly recommend this company...
http://www.maverickhelicopter.com/
I have no connection with them but have 'done' their trip... Very slick operation and nice choppers too. They'll collect you and return you to your hotel in a nice limo or MPV as well. Possibly not the cheapest option, but i've heard from a few friends who have done Vegas/Grand Canyon trips and it seems none came close to our experience with maverick.
Cheers
