my local inde a LR specialist est 1957. has all the latest diagnostic equip. Just had B service + front and rear disc pads and sensors, + 1st mot ( failed ) on n/s track rod end excessive play. ( 15k miles jan 2006 hse tdi ) fitted new track rod end and did wheel allingnment + re tested. washed off spotless clean. all genuine parts used, for £550 inc VAT. Bargain!!  Great customer service as well.

Sorry to disappoint but genuine LR parts used he was a bit miffed at any suggestion that they weren't ,oil is either Esso Ultron (off on a tangent but found out that Halfords own brand is repackaged Ultron ) or Texaco Halvoline both fully synthetic 5W/30. TONGA GREEN TDV6 S MANUAL
