| infotainment system crashing |

Hello all, my infotainment system has crashed again, its a 2010 HSE model. The only thing to get it back is a hard reset via the battery being disconnected. Its just out of warranty now, although its been in twice for the same issue and apparently fixed through new sw updates. Obviously something is still wrong. There is a lot of discussion on this in the d3 forum, but not much, if any on the d4. Any suggestions and to what the issue might be so I can point the techs in the right direction. Interestingly it has only occurred when using the satnav and verring off route, stopping for diesel and then restarting resulted in a completely blank info system. Many thanks.
