Injectors noisy with live data

Right I’ve had an issue when starting on cold mornings 2/4 degrees it rough idles till it’s warmed up a bit then it’s fine after 5 mins. Once engine gets close to normal temperature it sounds like a tractor.
Checked fault codes and some injectors were at maximum trim and others at minimum so cleared faults and tried them again after starting her next day and had same faults.
I have 2 injectors spare from last D3 so sent them for testing both came back good, swoped out the high balance injectors from her and still sounded like a ferguson so I swoped them back out and sent them to a different test who had said one is a complete failure and the other is slightly high on the return fuel feed but good to use.
So I took these today first is when cold started about 14 degrees and the second set of results when at normal running temperature

Metal auto sump & fluid change (3 hrs)
LR door puddle projectors (10 mins)
Tinted Bonnet wind deflector (10 mins)
All Intercooler pipes and Tbolts (2hrs)
3 injectors replaced so far (30mins)
Sunroof drain pipes both sides 2.5 hrs)
Rear discs, shoes, pads, callipers, flexi hoses, rigid brake line, n/s upper hub carrier bush and rear n/s upper arm (13hrs over 2 days)
