Totally useless - don't even have the vehicle listed - insists that as we have a 3 litre it must be a Range Rover.

Sorry

I am sorry if I seem harsh so I though I had missed something and went to the linked site again and decided to take the advice of the article (again) and went to their quotation engine BUT it is still useless - because I tell it that my new Land Rover has a 3 litre engine it insists that it has to be a Range Rover ---- sorry but to me that smacks of incompetence and therefore one wonders how accurate any of the other information is !! Evil or Very Mad

Sorry Embarassed I was just trying to help, forget about their link, just read the article and the comments below for tips, if you don't understand it, then there is another thread explaining possibly why, a link is pasted below.

Good luck, I hope it mirrors what you were expecting Wink

Oh dear - it seems that I must be thick as I do not see what it is you are trying to demonstrate Evil or Very Mad

I guess I am one of the old school that believes in calling a "spade a spade" and following the old adage that "if something seems to be too good to be true then it probably is"

Let's leave it at that and I wish you all the best in your campaign to educate the uneducated. Thumbs Up

Best thing for the insurance is to put your wife on the policy.

ensure that they make sure the alarm is the right one as i believe the disco has a cat 1 alarm.

The other is to insure it with NFU, Mine which is a 2005 4.4 V8 HSE cost me £238 for the year but i do have 12 years no claims and being an ex traffic cop that also helps.

Just out of interest what does everyone else's Disco cost on insurance ??????

Just for interest, the NFU will NOT insure you if you live within the M25, if anyone knows any better please let me know Wink
