Insurance positive experience

Knowing many of you are "old Censored" too I thought I'd share positive experience(s) with a car insurer Shocked

Last year I did the usual trawl for my car renewal and it turned up with SAGA being one of the better priced ones, I was gutted Laughing

However I went with them and since I took the insurance out I've had need to contact them twice. First time was for a private plate change to go onto my car and then today to transfer my insurance to a new car I am collecting tomorrow.

On both occasions the service has been excellent; Freephone 0800 number, about 30 seconds of spiel and then through to UK based operator straight away.

Requests handled very efficiently; the plate change incurred no cost and the vehicle change today has both my current and new car covered for 24 hours from midnight tonight for next 24 hours.

Little bit of sales patter, low key and no pressure, for future insurance needs. All done and sorted in about 3 minutes today.

Can't say I've had that positive experience previously Neutral

Good to hear a positive story about an insurance company although of course I won't be using SAGA as I'm not an "old Censored" yet Whistle Whistle

Having insurance with Saga would be about as gutting as having someone get up on the Metro and offer you their seat. Shocked Shocked

Oh hang on, that happened to me in Xi’an last week. Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry
