investigating wet passengers floor - can of worms

While investigating wet passengers floor, I discovered a number if issues which I'm hoping someone will know the answer to:-
1.See picture one a lone unconnected wire any ideas as to what it not being connected is not doing Smile
2.See pictures two and three, there seems to have been a modification made to the drainage from the sun roof, it seems to have been cut a long piece of tubing added which then runs down and through the passengers wiring loom that runs to the rear of the vehicle. has any one seen this before?

1 normal. To do with memory seats.
2 maybe the rear window washer. It’s in the loom usually

I’d agree with Pete K pictures 2 and 3 are the rear wash wipe pipe.
