Is D4 2.7 mapping same as for D3

Just ordered a D4 2.7 (3.0 was 5000GBP more expensive Shocked ). Never have owned a D3 before but as heard it is not very good on overtaking. So I was thinking to use some tuning options (maping or box) to make it more powerful. But can I use same mapping and plug in boxes as for D3?
