Well I've just stuck the postcode in Google maps and looked at the satalite view and the marina looks big enough for a 38' boat to me.
You'll also see that the marina is called Southsea Marina, although it's really round the corner from south sea.
Not pulling the wool over anyones eyes. Jason, if you're only a couple of miles away and don't believe me, why don't you drive round there. I suspect you'll see a G4 D3 that belongs to Adrian. D3 HSE MY05 Auto

Stu, spot on - there is a marina there. Not sure about LOA, but it's not good for a boat with any draught because of tidal access.

Yes he does have a very large boat ...and a very nice one too . It was my home last night  G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
