Is 'tow kit' wiring standard fit? and where is my tow hitch?

I have just bought an 07 D3SE and noticed that it has two electrical sockets and a tow ring tucked away behind a removable piece of the bumper and underneath that is an angled plate with two holes that looks like a towhitch should attach to it, however there is no towball. I looked in the left rear cubbyhole and no towball there either.

So was this model supplied with a towhitch?

Any advice would be much appreciated.....

Sounds like you have everything except the hitch. If you bought from a main dealer I would ask them for it other than that its fleabay or TLO Pot Noodle Challenge Winner 2011
