Kaymar bar & rear wheel carriers

Kaymar have emailed me a set of photo's of the bar and wheel carriers for the D3. Smile

It looks great (keeping much the same lines as the original bumper) and incorporates the PDC. Very Happy

I've tried to upload the photos, but to no avail! Mad

I'll keep trying! Confused
 Have a nice day!

Hello Martin,

The upload page just hangs. The progress bar graph moves up until it's full then nothing further happens!.

The photo is about 2.5Mb.

It's happened to me before and I've gone away and come back and tried again and it's worked. So I'll try again later.

Regards

Jamo

Jamo,

Can you save the pics in a 800x600 resolution to make the file smaller than 2.5Mb?

I am also interested in the spare wheel carrier.

I remember seeing some info on an extra fuel tank that can be placed where the spare was. Can anyone point me in the right direction??. Would really like to get more than the approx 475 km on-board range when towing my van.

US Distributor is here

Alternatively, you could just write me a cheque.

Any suggestions on where to place the number plate with the twin wheel carrier (polite ones only please)?

In that case, don't they include (or maybe you have to pay for) a plate holder which bolts onto one of the wheels?

I am pretty sure I have seen something like this.

Yes, (from your link for Nathan) Kaymar do market an add-on that is shown here http://www.kaymar.net/gallery/images/rodbridge.jpg

My only concerns are about visibility of the tail/indicator/brake/reversing lights and the Australian Design Rules even though the photo posted by Jamo shows small lights for tail/indicator/brake (?) ostensibly to meet ADRs.

Who knows if on Kaymar bars the wheel holder will pull off when not required or can be exchanged with a jerry can holder?

Thanks

Chris
