My Disco key went into another mode last week....
usually it was set to shine the lights when the LandRover badge was pressed
somehow this altered into opening the tailgate upper - i.e it unlocked it BREXIT - done properly.
Right now ...We need Government - not Politics
Save the Dipstick Flagbearer-keep it simple, less likely to fail campaign-agenda items:Starting Handles, Acetylene Lamps.

Its an option as per the manual.
You may have fiddled with the fob whilst opening the tail gate and reprogrammed it by mistake.
The manual will explain how to put it back.  Mark.
