Land Rover button on key

What can this button be programmed for and how? It only lists three options in the hand book but I have heard remours of many more mystical things. I have tried searching the site but seem to bring up pages not relevant. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Managed to get mine to open the tailgate. Just hold the LR button down whilst pressing the tailgate release.

The only down-side is that it only half unlatches on the first press - a second is required to get it fully open.

Not sure about any others, although I am very new here!

Its all in the manual. The tailgate trick is not though (unless its been updated in the last year).

Suspension is the other thing but you need the doors closed and hazards on for it to work Shocked

The tailgate is the only undocumented thing I know of. Not really that useful...

The documented ones are: Headlight courtesy lights, Panic alarm and Air suspension control for trailer hitching.
