| Launch CRP123 VS iCarSoft LRII |

Hi all,
ive been looking into some diagnostics tools, i know the IIDTOOL is the best to get, but i think im after just a diagnostic tool rather than editing the CCF. been looking into Launch CRP123 and iCarSoft LRII. does anyone have any experience/own any of these? or know anything about them? what one is better perhaps? and also how good are they? i just want to be able to scan the car for any electrical/mechanical faults, the last time my car broke with the gear box issued, the garage charged me £40 just to diagnose on their computer.
please let me know what you all think, the iCarSoft is just for land rovers and jaguars,whereas the CRP123 works for many many brands which can be handy. price is the same, approx £100-110.
