I realised reading this thread my Dunlop wellies are the ones I bought in my year out before Uni ... which makes them about 38 years old ! still going strong.

The problem with mine is that they zip all the way down so take a perfectly good boot, slice it, zip it and add a gusset. The gusset and inside is leather so the gusset may need to be re-waterproofed.

from memory ... I paid just shy of £20 for them back then, and that was cost price at the place I was working. Probably makes them dearer than these "Le Chameau Bargains" ?
