Leather Trim & heated seat conversion |
|
Just trimmed my two front seats on my D3 van, what a job! Takes about 3 Hrs per seat. Anybody else tried this with a non-genuine leather cover kit? I also fitted heater elements whilst I was at it. Tried to fit armrests however the seat backs are different and it seams you cant get the bits to fit armrests... Does anybody know where to get the armrest pivot shafts from? hi, i was trying to do the same...
i'd like to add heater as you..
i'm yet waiting heater elements, so i didn't start yet...
did you do pics?
about armrest: you cannot add!!!
could you tell me how did you resolve about heated seats wiring loom.....
i mean: where did you take the current?
cables arrive till under the seat but should miss the wiring loom from the hevac to the bottom door connection element.
