That's the one. To change the flash sequence involves going under the bonnet to the LED control module.

I thought the EVS ones didn't need a control module? Simply to be linked with the yellow wire for co-ordination & then an additional wire that acts as the sequence switcher? Or is that only on the latest ones?Bodsys Brake Bible
Running cables through the bulkhead isn't too difficult - I've used the grommet that the steering column passes through as it's quite big and easy to keep the cables well clear of the column. The supply for the front parking sensors (aftermarket) pass through there at the moment, and I'll pass the LED wires through there too.Previously:

I've got no problem running cables through as I don't have the inconvenience of a Manual car
I've seen DiscoDunc's setup & quite like the 'pilot' style flick switches, but I'd probably go for a more descrete switch.
Yet another thing to add to the Christmas Pressie list!
Ah, just remembered that I have a strobe 'kit' that I bought off you Andy a while ago. Just a bit reluctant to drill a 1" hole in my lights though

I've since fitted another of those strobe kits into the rear lights Bodsy, they are OK, not that bright but an easy install. I fitted them into the fog lights and have no issues with water ingress etc.

Fog lights ah yes, maybe I'll give that a go.
Do you wire the switch to the front of the car or are these on your remote control also?Bodsys Brake Bible

ive used the pilot tye switch for the changing of flash pattern. you can either join a live wire to the lights, select your pattern, then tape off the wire. or attach it to a live feed via the switch. I figured I may as well put a switch in just in case i wanted to change pattern. reason for the red cover is so i dont accidently change pattern as all switches look the same in the dark Duncan

it is a bit indescrete but is a talking point when people get in the car. Once i tell them its wired up to electrocute the passenger seat in case of hi-jacking they tend to keep quiet for the rest of the journey.
But on a serious note, EVS have some slimline micro pad switches which could be used, but i choose not to use them as they seemed a little expensive.Duncan

That's the one Stu
I'd like a switch that also shows me the strobe effect (like the switch & two LEDS that has been made up already) when they're on & I'm not sure if that will be possible with the newer EVS ones without the control box.
