LED Amber flashing warning lights
Just bought these, thought they were worth the gamble on quality as they are pretty cheap. Turned out to be great. If you hunt through the same item from this seller but in different currencies the exchange rate can get them as low as £7 each.

Great idea, I bought the top one for the windscreen, got it down to £9.36 delivered. Hope they are as good as the demo video

So are there any laws covering use of flashing lights on cars? I guess you'd get stuffed if you got a blue set, but amber is OK for general use? Or not?Bodsys Brake Bible
Amber lights only, for vehicles used in certain circumstances like recovery, road maintenance etc.Previously:

As it is not beacon as such you could argue it is a hazard warning light:

I've got front and rears from Emergency Vehicle Solutions and paid a lot more than that!!!!
I got them for escorting the combine during the summer. They are very good!
I think they have to be at least 1.2m from the ground and you can not use them over 25mph
Flahing reds to the rear from stationary police cars and stationary fire control vehicles only
Flashing blues - obvious
Flashing green - medical
Solid lights - different matter....

Not waterproof.
I have bought stuff like this before for the inside so they cant be pikeyed away but they've always cost loads, well £50+
There must be some evoultion lately as LED Super Bright lights seem to be alot cheaper. I use them mainly for shifting trailers and i spent quite a bit of time escorting ag equipment about.

I only bought a set cos the yard I work insists on Hazards on ALL THE TIME, and to gain access to a better parking area a AMBER beacon needs to be displayed as the SHUNTERS tear about whilst using non handsfree mobiles.....
It will do for me

When i'm in the dockyards i tend to go old fashioned with a rotating beacon on the top as only driving slowly and don't tend to get nicked, the idiots in the container movers seem to be blind anyway.

I just received these today from Hong Kong - the LED heads are quite small (50mm x 10mm) but they are well made and have a bracket included - and they are very bright. 3 flash patterns controlled by switches on a small box, which I'll probably mount in the cubby box. I've already fitted a switch and 2 repeater LEDs on the plate behind the EPB switch:
More pics to follow after I've fitted it all.Previously:
