There's no doubt, the XC60 on standard suspension is not a car that encourages you to hoon it about. The R-Design on air on the other hand is meant to be a bit more fun, but it's not got the dynamics of the F-Pace or Velar.

Nor the price tag.

Yeah, I have to confess I'm going to look long and hard at the V60 Cross Country when we chop this one in. Better driving, still some ground clearance. Could be the one.

Yeah I like the V60CC, though I do like the V90CC Ocean Race edition.

The above is how I imagine the accountants will react when they see the bill for the APPROVED warranty claim. Very Happy Very Happy

They agreed it’s a manufacturing fault and both will be replaced

A big thank you to Pentland Land Rover Cupar service team who have had my back over the last few months. And kept pushing LR. Bow down

That’s great news. Though I don’t see it as a result, more of a correct decision that was unnecessarily delayed by LR.

New Zealand 2011 Discovery 4 5.0 V8 HSE Auto BournvilleDiscovery 4

Great outcome!

Although, if it wasn’t for the fact that my time zone meant I saw your whole outcome in one go, your staggered reply would have been just mean!! Rolling with laughter

I imagine a number of other Velar owners are going to be lining up now....
 King of the typo.

MY11 D4 5.0 V8, Bourneville, lots of goodies!

Now departed: '85 RR Vogue, '94 D1, '95 D1, '70 SIIA, '97 D1, '04 D2a. All V8, except for the SIIA - but that drank as much petrol anyway!
