Best Karcher Pressure Washer - ?

Mein current Karcher K4 ist kaput !!

It's still working but had been spouting water internally.
Just stripped it down and found the leak is coming from the main motor/pump unit.
So as I assume it's not worth repairing I'm now after a new one.
It has to be Karcher as when I moved from a Nilfisk [in 2014] I had to change over my tools [esp the snow foam regulator], so want to avoid that by staying with a Karcher.

So, what is the best value Karcher pressure washer [without gimmicks] for the money ?

You want to buy from the Karcher Outlet Store, they have different bargains every week Thumbs Up

I bought a K5 back in the summer for a third of their normal price and it only had one small scratch on it.

The "Full Control is only a gimmick Whistle

you can buy an adapter to connect Karcher to Nilfisk. Found mine on eBay, works perfectly

As the motor in these is water cooled, I'm thinking it's maybe this that's leaking as it's not coming out at full pressure.
So I've ordered some 'leak putty' and going to attempt a repair.

If not successful, I already found the outlet store and got my eye on a refurbished K5 X range.
At least that'll be my wife's Xmas present sorted. Laughing

Thanks all. Thumbs Up

Good morning collective,

I have a Karcher K7 as it is rated to take hot water up to 60˚C (the models below that appear to only tolerate 40˚C). Its the older model without the fancy Star Wars light sabre wand thingy.

Add that to a Canadian specified outdoor hot/cold mixer tap and see how easy it is to wash the beast in winter. Hot water at around 50˚C so makes half the job in removing the crud and your hands stay warm to boot Smile

That is a stunning price by the way Shocked. I am sure a few years back I paid around the £150 mark. But it works a treat and has never frozen (self empties 'backwards' as you detach the hose) Thumbs Up

Luxury item I know using hot water to wash a car Whistle
