2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Manual Tonga GreenDiscovery 3
Light Guard fitting?

I have just taken delivery of a used D3 SE and need to fit the front and rear light guards. I have purchased a set from Britpart, but no fitting instructions. Can anyone point in the right direction of where I could get some, or drop me a line on how to do it?
