I was told by LRA ( before I got the card ), that the policy no. is LRV (Land Rover Vehicle ) followed by the VIN no. ( bottom of w/screen n/s) if anyone gets stuck in future........in case anyone manages to get thru to them on the phone that is. D3 owned from new, P017 brake recall, BAS FBHIC, new FBH, LR013487 oil pump, new water pump. RRS front lower suspension arms. New suspension compressor/ relay. New Denso alternator. CuNifer rear brake pipes. New GKN rear propshaft. New HPFP belt & tensioner. New A/C Condenser.NO WARRANTY for many many years.

I did lock it with the dash button (doors closed, drivers window open, then use the 'one touch' close on drivers window) but it deffo opened OK on the second remote
