Locking wheel nut adaptor broken. Disco 3 Help

Just noticed the locking wheel nut adaptor in my car looks like this. Only had the car two weeks.

What’s the best course of action, can you just buy another one ?

go to a garage and get locking wheel nuts removed and throw them in the bin. Replace with normal nuts

+1 for this
Spent a small fortune over the years replacing broken locking keys, now just don't bother with them

The key for my wifes Corsa had been broken by the garage who last fixed one of the punctures, I got a mobile guy out to remove the 4 bolts after she got another puncture and I couldn't remove the bolts, he took £20 to remove the 4 and just replaced with normal bolts.

Tap the broken one down to its original position where it has cracked with a hammer and gently try undoing the locking nut, make sure the key is fitted fully home as that is half the cause of them breaking, that and air breakers that tyre shops use, you may be lucky enough to slacken the locker off, I was Thumbs Up
