So Long and Fairwell
Well after 18 month of motoring and a change in work its time for my beloved D3 to move on to another home. I've taken a slight change of career path and the D3 is no longer needed to move round my world around in the back.
I can honestly say its some of the most enjoyable driving I've done, and also met a load of great, passionate folk along with it.
I will have a few bits and pieces to sell on so I'll offer them up here first in a separate thread first before they go on to a well known auction site.
Well for just know its good buy, i'll now be found sitting in the almighty German motoring machine that is a BMW (sshhhh don't tell anybody). I'll be on the look out for a Defender to keep an interest in the off-roading and to try keep part of the forum, i'll keep popping in and out, might even comment now and again !!
thanks and goodbye Neil xIf in doubt............flat out.

look at this upcoming period as nothing more than a sabbatical... The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...

Even Beemer drivers can take part in this insanity!!! Stick around & laugh at us while we laugh at ourselves & cry at out cars!
And I'll be the first vulture - interested in the A-Bar "To finish first, one first has to finish ...."

I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.
