Loose pipe. Need a clip

Hi all
Found the pipe with the circular castellated cap loosely flapping. (See photo) . It seemed to have a clip that would allow it to be secured to a nearby pipe. The clip seemed to be two ended so it could be adjusted (twisted around). When trying to adjust it to get it correctly positioned the clip fell off downwards. Can't see it or reach it now (presume in the undertray somewhere as have had a good look around with a torch from above) .

I don't like the idea of it flapping about even though it can't go very far as seems to be trapped in a bunch of other pipes.
I need a new clip, does anyone know what I need and where to get it. Can't seems to locate it as a seperate part.
Incidentally, what is this pipe?
Would appreciate assistance if anyone knows.
 Gary

Sorry can’t help with the clip but it looks like the differential breather. Thumbs Up

I would just use a cable tie to hold it in place.
It’s only the front diff breather but you don’t want it moving around.
 D4 2016 Landmark, Waitomo Grey.
D3 2005 HSE, Bonatti Grey, now sold but still comes back for servicing.
Defender 2002 Td5 Commercial, had a hard life but slowly being restored.
I only work so I can afford to repair my Land Rovers!
