NoDo$h it's our first attempt at cider & we are very pleased. We had so many apples it was untrue, 33 gals is not a bad total, but our neighbour had over 1800 gals at one stage and was flogging it at the local farmer's market.

Can't remember what the hydrometer numbers were, I think we were looking at 8% abv, not bad for fruit that would have just rotted normally!
