Lower tailgate catch

I have just noticed that the left hand side catch for the lower tailgate is not working correctly. When the lower tailgate is closed the left hand side does not seem as firmly shut as the right hand side.

On further investigation the left hand catch only clicks once if you put your finger in and rotate the catch, whereas the right hand clicks twice. It looks as though the catch is not rotating fully around the spigot. The electronic release is working fine as does the top section of the tailgate.

Has any one else come across a similar problem or is there a known problem i.e TSB?

Anyway off to the dealer tomorrow to get it checked.

All sorted. Visted my dealer today, they removed the panel and have lubricated the catch which is working again.
