All MY14 D4's with start/stop (with or without ad blu) are the lower tax bracket... see my post even further up I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!

They do but many dealers, when selling them to a 'business', often tick the LGV box at point of registration. I know this as I have a Peugeot Partner van bought 2nd hand. It is registered as LGV so has the silly speed limit restrictions and costs more to tax than a CDV version of exactly the same thing
