| Lubricant for gearbox/differential. |

Hello guys.
After 5 years, I think it is a good time to change all the lubricants in the car. Can you please help me though..
How many litres do I need for the differntial and what kind ? is the Castrol SAF XO 75W90 for both front and rear ?
My car is a 2005 Se V8 version and I think no locking differential back..( aren't we supposed tohave lockin defs. both front and back ?)
also regarding the transfer box/main gearbox. I can't find Shell. Is there something else out there and also how many lires will I need for each one of them? and also what make and type for each one of them?
