Main beams and full beams suddenly not working
Hi,
I have a 2015 Disco 4 SE and the main headlights and full beams have stopped working.
Side lights, indicators and fog lights are working but nowt else. (when I toggle the full beams on I can hear a switch activating from under the bonnet but no lights)
Have checked the thumb fuse no.50 and it's fine.
Without too much of a detailed situation, I live on a wee island and rarely have the car outside my house to work on and I'm probably a few weeks away from being able to get it to my Land Rover garage to plug in.
Any guidance on relatively simple things I can check would be appreciated!

Not yet,
I'll bring it to the island tomorrow so I can get at it.
I don't know why I thought it might be unusual for both to go at the same time.
Is it a different bulb for the main beam and full beam?

Looks like full beam bulb is gone...It looks like there is a small gap in the coil?

I'm confused though, do the regular beam.lights come from that same bulb or the other one that is on in this photo?

On the 2014MY and later D4 there's just the one bulb, and a shutter to select dip/main.
What was the extra infill main beam on D3 and pre-facelift D4 was deleted and the indicator moved there.06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
