My D4 HSE MY 2011 does not have lights in the mirrors on the sun shade.
Must be a mistake from JLR.
Took off the sun shade, but there are no cable with connector in the hole.
Strange as I understand usually there are cables prepared in the car even if certain parts are not fitted.
Please help with information on where the cables to the mirror lights come from.
How should I wire new cables?
Do I have to dismantle the interior roof?
Would it be possible to get power from the interior lights in the front middle of the roof?

I did this to my D3
Bought a set of vanity mirrors with lights. I took the power from the little led that shines down from the front light cluster into the gear shift. I did it this way so the vanity mirror lights only came on when your headlights/sidelights were on.
