Yours has cutouts and support metal on the inside.
You'll have to cut some plastic out to make it fit.

The type shown in the picture is the Non Winch Type. You do NOT have to cut any plastic to make it fit.You DO have to remove the original plastic bellyplate but other then that , nothing.
Had to lightly modify the edges of MY09 bumper in order to fit. Nothing major, but the shape of the underside of the bumper has changed slightly and needs about 5mm shaving off the edges, so as the front bolts can line up. Would all be hidden when put back to standard spec at a later date "To finish first, one first has to finish ...."

I have the winch version (but no winch ).
I cut the 2 bracing brackets off the inside of the plate as it is very thick aluminium and I don't think it needs the extra stiffening.
Doing this means that you don't need to cut the bumper (mines a 55 plate), you just need to remove the plastic cover that goes over the towing eye.
I have one with winch fitted by the stealer, however they failed to cut enough plastic away for the towing eye to accept a D shackle. I would offer the plate up first and use a pencil to draw a line around the cut-out and then make your final cut into the plastic using a thin bladed craft knife , if you intend to use a shackle.
