If there is a recurring fault that the dealer has been given reasonable time to rectify then you should be able to enter into a dialogue for rejecting the motor ....its not quite that straightforward and I don't know what differences there may be contractually in Aus.

Well it looks as though you are making some sort of progress. Just remain focused on your goal and try not to get your ar$e out with them ....yet

TBH I find that a bit harsh, yes youre not going to like hearing this and yes you've had a bunch of trouble but youve made a decision to discontinue with LR which I respect but people should hear both sides of the story so to speak. there are many here who wouldn't have it any other way and love their D3. if you mean that you will stick to your own personal experience and the facts and not try to dissuade a potential buyer then that is fair but if you mean (by your last comment) that you will discourage someone from buying an LR product then I'm afraid you will have lost my respect. I bag others choices in jest only as on many occasions there are other factors that people buy by. I sincerely hope your issues are resolved and maybe your'e at that stage where some legal intervention is required, they've been given an opportunity so I think it's time you thought about some alternative recourse.IMHO
