I got my D3 from Marshalls of Bedford and despite a number of issues sorted under warranty they are still very pleasant to me when I go in - with yet something else wrong! 
I have been really pleased with the service - what more can I say?
Would I recommend them - Yes!

Well - they have been great yet again.
My service indicator came up, after only having done 4,000 miles from purchase. I called Marshalls to book it in for a service and they asked what the mileage was and then said - we will cover the cost of the service as it should have been done when you bought the car!
It has a full service history and was serviced at 15,000 - I bought it at 18,500 and it now has 22,700.
What excellent service! They even called me today, to ask if I was happy with the service I had received yesterday!
And - they valated the car too!  
Yes - I am a really happy customer!

 me! I wish more dealers had this attitude. I had to shell out for a 30K service today -- 1500 miles after buying the car. GS Stockport, take note.

well i took my car to marshalls today,they had quoted me £385 including parts and vat for 3 year 45,000 mile service,yes i know it is not the best price that has been quoted but it was the cheapest round my way and thought i would try them due to above posts.
i dropped the car off and they ran me to the train station,i rang them up and they came and picked me up again this evening,the price was £399 which included an mot so the service worked out £35 less than they quoted and on top of that my really dirty car was now gleaming
i tried them for the clutch issue under warranty,they could not see any problems but now said it was recorded and should not be a problem if it does go
