Massive faults with lots of lights etc |
|
On driving up a hill at an average speed i had a failure note for the gearbox, a dropped ride height, F on the dash, think it may have said HDC disabled and various amber lights.
It stuck into a low gear and i made it too Tesco car park where after a tense time shopping i got back in and fired it up to find no problems at all, everything had reset etc.
What the hell has happened as i think it may be nearly out of warranty. Paul Stewart

No its not the rear lights or even any lights.
Not done it since but it had been stood for a while and i'm starting to think that it doesn't like to be left for too long.
Will see what happens, next thing is MOT next year so hopefully nothing till then. Unless i get a D4 first. Paul Stewart

Was egr valves in my case also. Dealer replaced the faulty one & then 1500 miles later the other side went. Ask your dealer to replace both sides if coming to the end of warranty.
